Enjoying the Venice Carnival
Carnival in Venice. After an amazing Carnival weekend I am finally catching my breath and resting my aching legs and feet!
Thanks to my dear friend Marisa Convento of Venetian Dreams, my Carnival costume was perfect: full of Venetian beads, glitter and glamour. My hat was a masterpiece!
Then my friend Marta from Quanto Basta added the perfect make-up (she should change job!)
Who says that you need all those fancy costumes to enjoy Carnival in Venice! And I was pretty comfortable too!

The sun was bright in the sky all throughout the weekend, giving us two perfect days, not too cold and full of sunshine!
On Saturday a whole day of running around and shooting with the presenters and crew of the Uruguayan TV Show Ring Rajen – we laughed a lot, run a lot, filmed a lot and really had a great time at the Parade of the Marie in Venice!

Then yesterday I met with my dear friend and excellent photographer Tamara Sredojevic.
Tamara is the founder of a great project called #savingvenice, where she uses her photos to try to get funds for associations helping Venice – you can read all about it here.

And whilst we were going around eating and drinking we got to do a bit of filming too!
We stopped in one of my favourite spots and tried a new drink called cinico and a selection of cicchetti! Have a look at our video!
I hope you enjoy it!
